You are performing tasks in operating and system administration around MS Server technologies and Citrix. You investigate impact of new software components and recommend actions taking the impact on the whole system into account. Installations, modifications, integration, testing of new standard software.

 

Technical or IT related education and approx. 3 to 5 years and in-depth knowledge in the following products: MS Server 2003/MS Server 2008, Citrix XenApp 5.0, Citrix XenApp 6.0, XenDesktop, Provisioning Server. Good know-how about Active Directory, Citrix Global Farm Design, VBS-Scripting, GPO's. SQL Know-how. Know-how in IT Quality and IT validation is advantageous as it is working experience in large IT server farms. You are a reliable person with good sense for quality of work, open minded, flexible and a good teamworker.

The scope of the mission consists in supporting different project streams from an overal initiative in the area of Portfolio Management, Financial Management, Reporting, Dashboards and what if scenarios management. The internal expertise for each stream will be supplied by a Subject Matter Experts (SME). Is a senior Business Analyst, the role will consist in teaming with SME and supporting them, especially with the following deliverables and activities: Delivery of use cases for supporting discussions and parameterization. Delivery of supporting documents e.g. with regards to business processes, roles, access rights, meta data governance, data elements definitions. Identify business or functional gaps versus solution, propose solutions. Support alignment between the streams. Facilitate internal synchronization or brainstorming workshops.

 

Degree in ICT, economics or related fields and at least 5 years of successful experience in dealing with project and portfolio topics in a global Informatics planning / project management / portfolio management / functional consulting role. Good portfolio and project management skills necessary. Project Associate certification (desirable). Experience with HP PPMC solution. Autonomous, ability to drive and be proactive. You have good analytic and communicative skills, organization and workshop moderation skills and are able to work multitasking. This role demands some flexibility to work additional hours and travel occasionally.

Degree in Computer Sciences or several years of practise as an analyst/programmer. Indepth SAS Applications Development know-how, especially with standard analysis and reporting tools for regulatory submissions. Advanced software testing/validation. CDISC data models, SDTM and ADaM. Application of logical processes, conceptual thinking, problem analysis and solving. Ability to communicate concisely and accurately. Clear communication style and able to establish good working relationships.
