Career:
Since 1997 Christina Merschnigg has been working for IT Resources AG as Managing Partner and Headhunter. She is a Founder member of the company. Before 1997 she gained experience in Marketing/Sales and Management by working for large, small and medium-sized companies, for ten years.

Education and further trainings:
Business Administration with a degree in Marketing. Certifications in Psychology VHS, NLP Practitioner, Personal management HWS, Cambridge Certificate in English (FCE/BEC-V), Diplôme de langue d’Alliance Française as also occupationally related further trainings in Information Technology.
